Riyash and Gireesh, the founders of RNG Software Trading L.L.C. and RNG Solutions L.L.C., began their careers together in 2006 in India as support executives for Tally Software. Their deep understanding of accounting software and customer service excellence led them to Dubai in 2007 and 2009, respectively. They excelled in roles such as customer support executives, implementation specialists, trainers, and service managers, handling responsibilities like software implementation, customer training, service call management, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
